Store Protocol
We want to minimize the possibility of product contamination for the safety you and our employees. Masks are required for entry. Enhanced cleaning protocols in place so expect slightly longer waits.
New Bike Purchases
Because of the overwhelming demand for bicycles, many bikes are backordered (meaning not in stock, but on order). We have thousands of bikes on order with deliveries arriving daily, so we strongly recommend that you still place an order online for a backordered bicycle. Most deliveries are sold out before they arrive. After you place an order we will then call you: (1) To make sure you ordered the correct bike and size for your needs and (2) To give you a date when the bike will be available. If we need to switch bikes we can do that over the phone. Only then, if the date works for you, will we ask for refundable deposit to reserve the bike. When the bike arrives we will schedule to assemble it and notify you when you may come down to try it out. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase your deposit will be fully refunded. (absolutely no risk)

Online Accessory Purchased (in-store pick-up)
Instore pick-up of parts and accessories are currently experiencing 2-3 days before order may be picked up. For warehouse items (items coming from supplier warehouses) please add 5 days to the pick-up time. We will e-mail you when your order is ready.
